Fort Wayne has a future. "Invent Tomorrow" will bring it there. A diverse group of people from the community, business, education, nonprofit, and government from throughout the greater Fort Wayne area met together in a collaborative effort to identify a common vision and developed a strategic Action Plan. The Action Plan provides direction and focus for this community to work together and improve the quality of life for all citizens. This is the new context of community problem solving, working together to bring about positive change, working together to invent tomorrow.

An Implementation Board was created to oversee the Action Plan and an Executive Director was hired to coordinate the efforts. Volunteers have dedicated hundreds, and perhaps thousands, of hours of personal time to carry out the Action Plan.
